The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using our Online Application. This process simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted.
Your Online Application must be completed and supplemental application forms (such as a Pastoral Reference Form) downloaded, completed, and returned to the school.
A non-refundable fee of $50 for each Upper School applicant and $150 for each Lower School applicant must be submitted by debit or credit card with each application. (After July 15, the application fee is $150 for Upper School and $250 for Lower School.) To begin the Online Application process, click here.
Upon receipt of your application and supplemental forms (including a positive Pastoral Reference Form), an entrance testing appointment will be scheduled for applicants entering K5 - 6th grade. Testing for 1st - 6th grades will include assessment in reading, writing, math, and grammar. After testing is scheduled, the office will contact you to arrange an interview with the Admissions Director, the Principal and a GCA Board member. This interview will take approximately one hour.

The re-enrollment process for current students starts the first week in January. Please note that all enrollment fees are non-refundable. Greenville Classical Academy has a limited amount of funds set aside for financial aid for students. GCA uses the services of Independent School Management's "Financial Aid for School Tuition" - FAST - to assist in assessing a family's eligibility for financial aid. The cost for this service is $43. Priority is given to returning families and they must complete and submit their application by March 31. A portion of the financial aid budget is reserved for newly enrolled families and will be made available on a first come - first served basis. For more information on Financal Aid, click here.
Tuition at GCA is very competitive with other local Christian schools and tuition is paid over 12 months (June - May) for Lower School students and 10 months (August - May) for Upper School students.
